This chapter covers the transition from in-person testimonies to the initiation of Zoom testimonies conducted during the city council meeting. Council Member Oswald Feliz checks if anyone else in the room wants to give testimony before proceeding to the Zoom testimony session. It includes the identification of four panelists, Marshall Strawbridge, Jessica Walker, Kevin Alexander, and Pedro Suarez, who are scheduled to testify via Zoom.
