I I just wanna say on the record, I having worked in city government for over a decade, I totally disagree with your assessment that people don't care about being on or off the list.

Can't be involved in all kinds of political activities that people care about if they're on this list.

And so, in my experience, ans when we were in the De Blasio administration when I worked in the De Blasio administration, there was wild discrepancies agency to agency on how they approached this list and a lack of uniformity in in who was considered a substantial policymaker.

And so while we appreciate some of the improvements that are considered in the rules, we don't believe you're going nearly far enough and ensuring that that the right senior policy makers are being accurately reflected on this consistently across the board.
