So as you can see, that is very impactful because our schedule is always so full because so many people want us to come out into the communities.

And so we, as a part of the updated job boards that we have, we continuously post events that are happening, but we also promote on our social media pages.

We also, again, share flyers with the communities whenever we're hosting the fun events.

But outside of just even decast on a city wide scale, there are agencies that have their own recruitment and marketing campaigns where you will see postings on the subways or Sometimes I'm right in a subway, and I take a picture.
