But just to speak to the point that DC Porter raised earlier, our office and our role in this, right, is really draw partnership with Decast and the pay equity cabinet.

The work that we're pursuing is a a job evaluation study, which would also meet compliance with local o 27 that offers an opportunity for the city to look a comparable worth.
