Thank you.

I think you really kinda laid out and articulated very well the problems Mhmm.
1:44:05
That exist for so many students, which is their resources that may exist, but you have to figure out how to find them.
1:44:14
And so you have to go all the way to the, you said, vice president of academic affairs and really really fight just to get what you should have had in the first place.
1:44:23
Mhmm.
1:44:23
And you happened to find out about the single stop program because a friend happened to tell you, which is a story we hear all too frequently here at this committee.
1:44:35
In fact, the first hearing I held was about the single stop successor programs, the very programs that helped you.
1:44:41
And one of the issues we heard then and we're hearing it now, is students knowing how and when to access it.
1:44:49
The hearing I referenced before about students with disabilities Same story as yours.
1:44:55
Students happened to tell their friends about the office for students with disabilities.
1:45:00
And so you are thank you for articulating a problem that continues to trouble our CUNY system, which is with all the resources they may be able to provide accessing them remains a challenge for so many of our students.
1:45:15
Thank you.
