Jake Parker
3:35:54
Yeah.
3:35:54
So that's part of the government's piece.
3:35:56
You know, I mentioned so in addition to having good technology, you have the right policies and procedures in place.
3:36:01
So, certainly, you know, best practice here, and as far as I know, being carried out is, you know, providing clear notice, you know, at at customer interest, which is already law New York city, but also people do have to be given a means to contest their enrollment in in a kind kind of program.
3:36:17
We certainly believe that And and then there needs to be a quick response to any complaints raised.
3:36:23
And and there's other things that are key to our governance successful governance program, making sure that there's strict conditions that govern the enrollment to begin with.
3:36:34
Only authorized people have access to that information.
3:36:37
And then also that there's adequate training of the staff that this alert goes to as far as what to do in what in different situations.
3:36:44
Those are all things that, you know, failed in the example that was mentioned before, but I I believe our best practices out there today.
