So while I can't speak to the the financial burden, that you referenced as far as intro 539, in particular, OTI and the administration would welcome any an ongoing conversation related to the proposed implementation framework as it relates to this particular bill in in particular of greater having a greater understanding of what that framework, the intent of the council's proposal would be in terms of a framework.
