The Chief Information Security Officer states that New York City Cyber Command primarily focuses on analyzing and investigating cybersecurity incidents impacting city agencies, employees, assets and data.
- New York City Cyber Command engages directly with city agencies during potential cybersecurity incidents
- The officer could not provide specifics on turnaround times for responding to public messages on agency websites
- Agencies would know how to directly communicate with the Office of Technology and Innovation during incidents

I can't speak to that directly, but I do wanna say the the majority of New York City Cyber Command's role is focused on New York City Agencies and potential cybersecurity incidents that are impacting city employees and the nature of that through city assets and city data.
