To the gentleman's point over here earlier, I think that is going to be an enormous burden on New York businesses because of how broad broadly, that new definition would be scoped to what kinds of information would have to be subject to policies on retention, destruction, security, control monitoring, etcetera, because it has to do with any any data of any person, which is not just employees or consumers, but even people locate outside the city potentially.
