The council member is opening the hearing for public testimony and providing instructions to members of the public who wish to testify.

I now opened the hearing for additional public testimony, and I remind members of the public that this is a government proceeding and that the courtroom shall be of served at all times.

The witness table is reserved for people who wish to testify.

Further, members of the public may not present audio or video recordings as testimony may be sent submitted, but may submit transcripts of such recordings to the Sergeant of Arms for inclusion in the hearing rec If you wish to speak at today's hearing, please fill out an appearance card with a sergeant of arms and wait to be recognized.
