We are in a we talk about our our housing affordability crisis and our housing crisis here in the city, but also working on myriad of things right now in the city when it comes to city yes and many other big ticket land use items that you will be if if if if confirmed to the so the planning course will be a big part of.

But just taking a step back your experience here, as he makes uniquely I think qualified to be able to understand the sort of the the elected official side of the equation when it comes to city planning and land use and the tension that build inside of communities around some of these issues and items.
