The charter states that the budget appropriations for course expenses during each fiscal year shall be not less than an amount sufficient to fund personal service personnel services for full time and part time personnel necessary to implement the charter mandated requirements of the commission.

We we had under spending in FY 24 because of the delay of hiring.

We were cut 451, 000 and we accepted the peg that came from OMB because we had savings from not having been able to hide or rather our first staff member didn't start until March.

We are expected to spend down all of FY 25 personnel costs pretty early in the year because we do have job posting things up right now.
