time.
1:43:25
Okay.
1:43:25
I think similar to my comments on drool is the same here where you have an opportunity to have individuals who are directly impacted, and maybe, I don't know, arguably closer to the many issues that your office is to address.
1:43:43
And so, I mean, I'm not I think it's a missed opportunity, and we should have probably really been more thoughtful around how the commission reflects the representation of the city and the intent of Gore.
1:44:02
How many staff members are currently employed within core?
Linda Tigani
1:44:06
We have filled all of our fy24 lines, so we have 7 staff members.
Nantasha M. Williams
1:44:12
Are there any open vacancies?
1:44:14
No how are staffing levels projected in the next fiscal year?
1:44:21
Because I know you mentioned that you would want to potentially increase your staff lines.
Linda Tigani
1:44:27
Correct.
1:44:27
So we have 5 additional lines, rather we have 5 lines that are projected for FY 25, 4 those jobs are currently posted.
1:44:36
And just to note to your earlier point around youth voice, we absolutely want them in the room, and they we are self determined young people themselves, and so they need to be able to speak their truth.
1:44:49
We have met with young people or ready to provide feedback on the draft committee equity priorities.
1:44:56
This process is open to anyone over the age of 11 and older, which aligns with our civic engage Commission, participatory budgeting process.
1:45:06
And 1 of our lines for FY 25 is specifically focusing on youth voice, so we will be adding a staff member to our director of organizing an engagement team that will specifically work on organizing young people for the commission.
