I would like to petition the city council members to do an investigation of police for attack me in New York and Chicago.

What they've done was to assault me in 2 different states, they picked him in the hospital or apartment injuries.

And in New York City, they trust me in the sidewalk against my will.

So during my investigation, I found out that that people are notified as being crazy, who have evidence against cover people law enforcement.

So I'm asking for like an investigation because they're making a false claim against me and people who who who accused falsely of by law enforcement, they have no avenues as to where to go to defend themselves.
