Council Member Vickie Paladino expresses gratitude for the collaborative effort in passing the $112 billion budget, while criticizing those who are never satisfied and push for more spending. She votes aye on the budget with some exceptions.

Once again, we we come together despite whatever our differences may be.

But there are and will continue to be those choice few who exist in this body that will never be satisfied.

We have just passed a budget of $112, 000, 000, 000.

We have restored major programs with a fight at times, but that's what this is all about.

And the fact that the select few here that can never be satisfied will push us deeper and deeper into debt if they had their way.

So with that again, I would like to say thank you to the mayor, thank you to speaker Adam And thank you very much to my budget director, Eric Forte, to my chief of staff, Ali Zarrache, and, of course, to everybody in the speaker's office for helping us out.
