Okay.
1:16:04
And with the with the added density, there are additional concerns about existing infrastructure or open space city services with specific changes to the proposal heads, the administration done to address the increase in density.
1:16:19
We're gonna break every single piece of that down anyway.
1:16:22
So but with the increase in density, did you make any specific proposal to help with the infrastructure?
Paul Philps
1:16:30
So I think it's a it's a great question, and I think, you know, we did in full environmental review.
1:16:35
And I think as you see here, we have our agency partners here.
1:16:38
So knowing that increased density was coming to the area, we've engaged with our sister agencies on potential capital investments, and I think that's part of what you heard here today.
1:16:47
And we'll continue to have those conversations on what the appropriate level of investment for infrastructure structural and for needs in related to open space and other things, co measurement with the with the proposal and increased density.
Kristy Marmorato
1:16:58
Okay.
1:16:58
So This is just like something on the side.
1:17:00
I know that we keep talking about having conversations, having studies.
1:17:04
What are the timelines look for these things?
1:17:06
Because I wanna be able to be comfortable not the morning of a vote and walking in there and saying, okay, you have not shown me what I needed to see.
1:17:14
I wanna know when are these conversations gonna start.
1:17:17
I mean, once a week, I need to know when am I gonna see the results, not just the conversation.
Paul Philps
1:17:22
That's a great question.
1:17:23
I don't want to speak on behalf of the agency partners, but who may want to speak more specifically to timelines.
1:17:28
But I will just say publicly that we're we're committed to working with you and other members of of the the the the council on getting the right level of investment that's appropriate to your satisfaction.
1:17:39
And I don't know if if any agency partners wanna speak more specifically on April.
Kristy Marmorato
1:17:43
Oh, we'll get to them.
1:17:44
Don't worry.
Paul Philps
1:17:45
Oh, okay.
