Kevin C. Riley
3:51:22

3:51:30
I think the council has been stay in debt alongside with this project.
3:51:35
III and and this is a conversation we should have, you know, moving forward, but I think this is for the northeast Bronx.
3:51:41
We really need to come together and figure out how we could produce more housing together comprehensively without, you know, disrupting too much of the makeup, but we also have to understand and there is a change.
3:51:54
This is not earlier where a lot of members in the community did purchase their households.
3:51:59
But we don't want to push anyone out of the community.

3:52:06
We wanna keep everyone within the community.
Anaya A.
3:52:08
Right.
Kevin C. Riley
3:52:08
So we do need people to be more specifically engaged, and I even appreciate you coming out and testifying here today because it looks like you're you're probably the only resident from the northeast Bronx that lives there that physically came here today, and we really appreciate your testimony.
Charlene Jackson Mendez
3:52:22
Sure, Riley.
3:52:23
I'm sorry.
3:52:23
And then I'm gonna be quiet.
3:52:25
Thank you so much for your professionalism, and I think you make our community very proud in the way that you conduct yourself.
3:52:34
And the goal is is to lift everyone up.
3:52:38
So the strengths that our community has take those strengths and build on that and give those opportunities to more people.
3:52:47
I think that's a beautiful thing about the East Bronx.
3:52:51
And we want that wellness center to extend from Eastchester Road all the way through to East 180th and into the Bronx Zoo.
Kevin C. Riley
3:53:00
So thank you so much.
Charlene Jackson Mendez
3:53:02

Anaya A.
3:53:03
