Okay.
0:51:44
I appreciate that.
0:51:45
I know we've sent a bunch of different intersections and thoughts around lights, stop lights, different types of ways to reroute traffic.
0:51:54
I do wanna hone in on as many people are not necessarily completely fond with bike lanes, but everyone loves to order DoorDash and Uber Eats.
0:52:03
So we have people that are using bikes to actually do their job.
0:52:07
And so I want to assure that we are including that in our feedscaping and our infrastructure.
0:52:14
Echoing the chair's remarks regarding affordable housing, the median household income for the overlapping Bronx metro North, stops.
0:52:22
Community districts is 57, 000, a little over 57, 000, well under 6 60% affordable median income, which is approximately 84, 000 for a household of 3.
0:52:34
How does the administration plan to provide produce the units that are truly affordable for individuals and families currently living here, and 2, to preserve the naturally affordable housing that has enabled many to call our community is home.
Paul Philps

Thank you for that question, council member.
0:52:53
As you know, HPD isn't here today.
0:52:55
Mhmm.
0:52:55
So some of the Details on affordability will certainly take back to them.
0:53:00
I will also just say they have a number of different programs that address a different a range of income types and AMIs, and so those are available for developers to take advantage of.
0:53:11
And they also have several programs related to homeownership.
0:53:15
I'll just name a couple.
0:53:17
So 1 is home fix, which provides loans of up to 150, 000 to owners of 1 1 to 4 family homes for critical repairs.
0:53:26
And this is anticipated to roll out in fiscal year 2025, and they also have the homeowner advocate program.
0:53:34
And in addition, they also have the home ownership help desk.
0:53:38
So those are just some of the resources that are available to existing homeowners and tenants in the area, and they're looking to expand some of those programs obviously within the study area to create additional resources for homeowners and tenants alike.
