Kristy Marmorato
3:44:35
Yes.
3:44:35
And and what kind of community benefits agreement would you like to see come out of this such as like a base for the Van Ness neighborhood alliance
Anaya A.
3:44:43
to acquire.
Kristy Marmorato
3:44:44
Well, they can meet every month or provide community events with that something be unique?
Charlene Jackson Mendez
3:44:50
What we would like to see.
3:44:52
Number 1 is responsible development So as you were hearing the the representative of the developer for White Plains.
3:45:03
Rhodes speaking, She said, we will add a 12 foot building on White Plains Road because that's a busier thoroughfare.
3:45:12
But there are no 12 foot high buildings on White Plains Road.
3:45:16
And what has to be said is, like I said, we're a little village All of our streets are dead in streets.
3:45:23
So if you put thousands of people there, that those people press into our tiny little dead in streets.
3:45:33
And without additional policing, additional sanity how additional infrastructure my home was built in 18 95.
3:45:46
And that's by no ways unique.
3:45:48
You can't tell me that we don't require you know, upgrades in sanitation.
3:45:56
And on on our streets, there's just no way, the water drainage alone.
3:46:01
So we would we would really like responsible development.
3:46:07
And then if you're going to do that, please, please, give us a k through 8 school because we're very short on that.
3:46:17
And then also the city must must find a way to provide us with more policing.
3:46:26
It is not fair We just went through the 4th July weekend, where we could get no help.
3:46:33
And it's not fair that you bring thousands of people you know that that will increase the need for police and firefighters and to just do that and expect the people of my community that for the most part are hardworking, tax paying, law abiding.
3:46:50
You have families that have been there like 80 years or so and to just leave us in that situation with no additional support, that's That is to me government malpractice.
3:47:04
Okay.
Kristy Marmorato
3:47:04
Thank you so much.
