As we can see on this map, the 4 stations span areas that are quite diverse and distributed.

Importantly, while planning work has and will continue to proceed around all 4 stations, the land use actions contemplated as part of this application relates specifically to facilitating a series of proposed land use changes at the Parkchester Vendasta and Morse park station areas.

So we can see on this map, these actions span the Bronx Community Districts 3 Bronx Community Districts 9, 10, 11, and would facilitate the development of some 7500 units of new housing, including up to 1900 units of permanently income restricted housing in an area.
