I'm the president of the Venice Neighborhood Alliance, a member of Setka, and a lifelong eastbound resident living in the neighborhood of Venice for over 6 decades.

1 of the oldest neighborhoods in the East Bronx dating back to 18 93 when the Mars Park racetrack began in 1989.

I want to thank also my colleague, Charlene Jackson, who is a vice president of Van Nuys naval alliance for actually being very, very specific about many of the issues that were and currently, and we are dealing with.

Everyone is in agreement that the connectivity of the 4 train stations will bring economic growth and jobs.

And I state for the record, we are not against housing We we are in need of affordable housing.

Both communities of Venice and Mars Park desire growth by need.

But upgrades in the infrastructure must be provider, provided, and sustainable before any housing development occurs.
