4:06:13
Counsel and Martin Moto made a number of valid points about quality of life standard issues with the design.
4:06:21
I'm a dissenter for the design, for the plan.
4:06:25
But only minimal descent.
4:06:27
I assume it's probably gonna go through.
4:06:29
So, you know, I don't wanna say too much bad about it, and I'm of would consider myself a MMB, and our nonprofit is also specifically not MMB's.
4:06:41
I also support counsel with Martin Moto's point about segmentation of our of her representative neighborhoods.
4:06:49
But I'm here to talk about that libraries and parks are wonderful, but the Bronx also has well intention ideas for using institutions, but a lack of quality and follow through.
4:07:00
I wanted to mention the value of 3rd spaces and define creativity and concessions for business owners, operators of spaces, less franchise restaurants or the development sites, more stable locally owned businesses that hire locally.
4:07:14
Retail should be subsidized to allow retail leases, I mean, should be subsidized to allow for maintaining commercial unit frontage and potentially facilitating for the additional creation of kids
