Number 1, I do just want to remind people that this is 21 years since James Davis was killed in this hole.
0:47:34
I was here, and we always think about him along with sergeant and chief Rafael Perez, Carl Novella, and Israel Martinez.
0:47:44
We're all here that day.
0:47:45
We're the only ones left, I think, but I just wanna think about James Davis.
0:47:49
He was killed right up there.

We love the Al Van Fellows.

I want to talk about intro 981.
0:48:31
This would require public reporting of cannabis enforcement activity, would include inspection locations, outcomes, and granular data, the sharer, consumer affairs, cannabis management.
0:48:43
They're all doing a good job.
0:48:44
But the public wants to know what's happening with smoke, trap enforcement in their neighborhoods, and it's very hard to get information.
0:48:52
The state law does require the city to send biweekly reports on enforcement to the office of cannabis management at the state level.
0:49:01
The sheriff's office hasn't started producing these reports because they're still waiting for instructions from the state, but there's no requirement to share when they get the reports.
0:49:10
It's sometimes hard to get information out of this administration as we know.
0:49:14
So we keep introducing these data bills, and this is an example.
0:49:18
We just need basic information.
0:49:20
I also have a 311 data bill on the same topic because there's no place at the 311 category to list questions about unlicensed cannabis businesses.
0:49:31
Thank you very much.
