I am counsel member Kevin Riley, Chair of the sub committee I am joined by council member, Shulman, Salam Kharrabreu, Narcis, Holden, and remotely by Moria.

Today, we are scheduled to hold 7 hearings.

The first hearing concerns, the first sidewalk cafe application, that the council will hear under the revised regulations and concerns, o u 124, which is a application by wings and seafood.
