I'm glad to state today that the administration as a part of this proposal has agreed to make a significant capital investment to the tune of 498,500,000 in the communities that will be impacted by this rezoning and the new Metro North stations.

The administration will be repairing and redesigning streets, improving a number of parks, investing in our schools, and improving the storm water drainage system.
