- Votes are called for approvals with modifications on several proposals, including the Arctic Hill Terminal, Bronx Mitchell North Station Area, 500 Kent Avenue rezoning, 3033 Avenue V, 197 Berry Street, and 712 Myrtle Avenue.
- A vote is called to approve the Prince Point development proposal.
