Council Member Salamanca concludes the meeting by outlining the voting procedure for all the land use proposals discussed. He calls for votes on various items, specifying which are to be approved, approved with modifications, or disapproved.
- LUs 119, 122, and 123 are to be approved.
- Several LUs are to be approved with modifications, including those related to the Bronx Metro North plan, Arthur Kill Terminal, and various Brooklyn proposals.
- LU 124 (Wings and Seafood Inc. sidewalk cafe petition) is to be disapproved.
