Thank you for answering my questions.
4:03:23
I look forward to this supplemental information that you're going to provide with your testimony.
4:03:28
I really just wanna reiterate what some of my colleagues have said, you know, at the ends of all of this, We we have to make a decision based off of your responses here that the track record that we've seen both on who you've been a pro bono attorney to, but also the other side that you have taken on.
4:03:49
And I think while you are stating that you have a track record of this and that historically, some of the larger issues that's raised to us is the time that you served in an administration that was discriminatory, that was racist, that was sexist.
4:04:03
And you either are against all of those things, which you haven't blatantly, admittedly, like, stated yes or no to some of those questions, or you are complicit in that.
4:04:13
And I think for a lot of us, you know, corporation council isn't a position of redemption.
4:04:19
It's a position of trust.
4:04:21
I will wrap my time there.
Randy Mastro
4:04:23
Thank you.
4:04:23
Can can I please
Keith Powers
4:04:24

Randy Mastro
4:04:29
Thank you.
4:04:30
It was factually relevant to whether Bill Stepien was involved in the decision to close the bridge that he was no longer speaking to Bridget Kelly who clearly was, but to be clear.
4:04:42
So that was actually relevant to the investigation and the US attorney's office considered it relevant to the investigation.
4:04:49
But, again, we advocated on behalf of the governor's office that no one should have been federally charged by the US attorney's office and that's ultimately including Bridget Kelly because there was no federal crime.
4:05:01
And ultimately, the Supreme Court agreed 9 to nothing with us.
Keith Powers
4:05:06
Thank you.
4:05:06
Thank you.
4:05:07
We're gonna go to Council Robert Brown Inn, and it will be filed by Council Robert Brown.
