I wanna ask I wanna ask a few questions related to some information that you provided to us upfront before the hearing.
0:30:48
We had asked you to provide to answer some questions, pre pre hearing questions, You provide some documentation, and we had asked for some additional documentation.
0:30:59
Before that, we asked you to provide a list of all instances in which you have represented a client in a cause of action against the city, the name of the client, a summary of the cause of action, and the final disposition of the matter.
0:31:09
We received a list of clients and calls of action, but I don't believe we'd receive the rest of the information.
0:31:15
I wanted to ask if you're planning to update that information to us, and if so, what a timeline for that would
UNKNOWN
0:31:21
be.
0:31:21
K.
Randy Mastro
0:31:24
Mister chair, I I I did supplement the responses.
0:31:28
You asked me to go back in my career any any case I ever had representing a client against the city.
0:31:35
I went back to the the late eighties, early nineties when I represented, you know, Roland Eens, a black newspaper delivery man, who'd been falsely arrested for criminal trespass in the lobby of a building because white tenants complained against him, and I got him acquitted.
0:31:52
And I thought I provided all of that information going back over the course of my career, but to the extent there's any additional information you would like me to provide, I will definitely do that.
0:32:02
I am an open book.
Keith Powers
0:32:04
I think I think we had asked for some information related to the final disposition of those matters and citations to the final decision.
0:32:10
I don't think we had received that.
0:32:12
So are you committing that you will provide that to us after the hearing?
Randy Mastro
0:32:15
I'm committing, I will do that.
0:32:16
It's all a matter of public record.
0:32:18
I did give the names of the cases.
0:32:19
And over the past 10 years, any cases I brought against the city, I I provided that detailed information, but I will go back to my my days as a young pupboy and give you every detail.
Keith Powers
0:32:31
Got it.
0:32:32
Are there any cases to your full knowledge that you that should be on the list that you haven't provided to us?
Randy Mastro
0:32:39
Again, I I left my former law firm 2 years ago and joined King And Spalding.
0:32:45
So I don't have access to my old files.
0:32:47
So I was going on memory and I made that clear.
UNKNOWN
0:32:50
Sure.
Randy Mastro
0:32:50
So it is possible that that there would have been one or more that I didn't recall over a 40 year career.
0:32:57
I intended to be complete, but it is possible that there are others, and I'd be happy
Keith Powers
0:33:01
But I think the correct way to to your knowledge.
Randy Mastro
0:33:03

0:33:04
To best of my recollection.
UNKNOWN
0:33:05

Randy Mastro
0:33:06
