When I was in the Manhattan DA's office, I let her an investigation that resulted improving the wrongful conviction of an African American defendant who was 3 years into a 6 to 12 year sentence.

I've used the false claims act to recover $750,000,000 against GSK, 23,000,000 of which came back to New York.

I've used the false claims act of the New York State And New York City to recover $70,000,000 in taxes from a hedge fund guy based in Midtown Manhattan who was sending all his taxes to Alabama.

And earlier this year, I received the Southern Christian Leadership Conference Pluggett Community Award in in resolving a labor dispute by bringing management and labor and the SELC into an alliance for economic and social justice in addition to achieving a collective bargaining agreement.
