Malachi Baja's Harlem Plaza is a one building 2 tower 9 story development, which is a 100 percent affordable housing under the HPDL program, which will provide units, a 108 affordable units, one unit for live in Super.

The cornerstone of this development is the re the refresh of the Malcolm Shabaz dealing with market, all of the vendors will be temporarily relocated when we start construction, and they will be brought back once construction is complete.
