I will now open the first public hearing all l u's 137 relating to the 150 miles Street, Rezoning Proposal in Councilmember of Villas District in Redhook, Brooklyn.

The proposal consists of Rezoning a manufacturing area from M1 dash 1 to M1 dash 5 to create primarily new office space.
