The proposed rezoning would change the zoning from R5B to R6B, allowing for increased density and building height. This change would enable the development of a larger residential building on the site.
- Zoning change from R5B to R6B
- Increase in allowable FAR from 1.35 to 2.2
- Increase in maximum building height from 33 feet to 55 feet, with a 15-foot setback above a 45-foot base
