The proposed rezoning will extend the existing R6B zoning district to cover the western half of the block, affecting multiple lots beyond the development site. The rezoning area will also be designated as a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing area.
- The rezoning extends approximately 150 feet back from 12th Street to 31st Drive
- It affects the development site (Lot 13) and 8 other lots, plus small slivers of two additional lots
- The entire rezoning area will be subject to MIH Option 1
