So in 2018, Willie came came to me, and the question that he had was, weren't working?

And he and I were both looking for office space and we had some some friends that are that are subs that we all use that that we're also looking for office space.

So we looked around and he showed me this this piece of land that's been in his in his my family for you know, many, many years.

So we went to DCP.

And the first question DCP asked us was how high do you think that we should go?

Because apparently, they had been thinking about this entire strip for some time.

So So they were they were thinking that m 1 m 15 was was completely, like, appropriate for this entire strip, and this was maybe, like, late 2018.

So we went to Manchaka and everything that we had done with him is everything that you see here.

So there was a big emphasis on, you know, making sure that that that we had reached out to the community out of maybe, you know, 2020 applications that that I've worked on, like, over the past I haven't many years.

I had the most like, the most earnest outreach, and we've we've gone through great lengths to really do do something, which is really, you know, finally by catering to what everybody asked for.
