Right here, on our development site, this would facilitate the development of a roughly 10 story building, 64,000 square feet, which would have a mix of uses, including commercial, would have light manufacturing, community facility, and office space.

There would be a supermarket on the ground floor, light manufacturing and community space on the 2nd floor, ambulatory diagnostic uses on the 4th floor, and offices on the remaining floors.

We have been in diligent discussions with local nonprofits in order to secure a community benefits agreement, which would be executed and recorded prior to the time of any council determination.

And we've also had significant conversations with the Southwest Brooklyn IDC and reached out to them, had conversations, meetings, emails, and such, no fewer than than 6 or 7 communications with them.

They basically said that they would be unable to sign a restrictive declaration, but we did draft that, send it to the council, and are confident that we could record something at the site, which would be binding and require the applicant to to allow for the requisite light manufacturing uses.
