Good morning.

I want to focus my questions on GMHC's HAZA workforce program.
0:37:18
And just for the record, I want to give a little bit of background before I ask my questions.
0:37:22
So as you know.
0:37:24
Since 2014, GMHC's RISE program has helped around 674 clients find employment by providing culturally competent and individualized assistance, resume building, vocational training, internships.
0:37:36
Employment, benefits counseling, job placement, retention, assistance for unemployed and under employed workers, like the list goes on.

And in fiscal 2025, the prelim plan, HRA eliminated the RISE contract as part of the agency's PEG plan in response to the mayor's budget reduction mandate.
0:37:54
The elimination generated over 284,000 savings starting in fiscal 2025, although we can argue what those cuts do in the longer term in terms of the effects in the community.

And the agency indicated that clients would continue to be served by other employment programs.

So these are my my questions.
