Council Member Diana I. Ayala inquires about the possibility of groups not receiving their full contract amount based on diploma targets. Administrator Scott French explains that while theoretically possible, HRA aims to work closely with providers to address challenges and avoid punitive actions.

  • HRA's approach is to understand and mitigate challenges faced by providers
  • Reduction in contract amount would only be considered after exhausting all other options
  • HRA's focus is on supporting providers rather than taking punitive actions

Is it possible that groups may not receive their full contract amount based on diploma targets?
Scott French
0:32:06
In theory, yes.
0:32:07
But we you know, the last just like we don't want to punitively harm catch assistance clients who's having challenge engagement, we also don't wanna you know, take punitive action against providers.
0:32:17
So we work very closely with providers around performance targets and what they are are not meeting and definitely wanna understand what the challenges might be and where can we help mitigate

Mhmm.
Scott French
0:32:29
You know, if they're facing some types of things.
0:32:31
So, you know, it is not something we want to do or, you know, would would do without having exhausted every other possible option to try to address what might have been a challenge the provider was experienced.
