We look depending on programs, we look at different things.

But, you know, there's some programs that focus on, say, green jobs or technology jobs, but then for the pink program, we're looking at industrial construction and transportation and sort of breaking down those barriers of how does one enter into that.

How does one get into a training program that will connect you then to a job where you can then sort of go up the ladder of experience in providing wraparound supports to help people manage and facilitate that process us.
