Our, you know, Rooftop and reyard additions are very common applications at the Landworks Commission, some of which can even be approved by staff, others that go to our commission.

So some if they follow the rules, even our staff can just approve them in an expedited fashion.

But otherwise, you know, we have hearings most Tuesdays, and oftentimes, rooftop and rear yard additions are on the agenda.
