Today, we are scheduled to hold 3 hearings.

We will first hear a request for an article 11, tax exemption involving an affordable housing project, known as Marcus Garvey located in Best Buy, Brooklyn.

We will then hear a proposal that consists of a residential mixed use development known as 21st Street in Astoria Queens.

The 3rd and final proposal known as MSK Pavilion seeks to build a new hospital building within the memorial Sloan Kettering, excuse me, campus on the Upper East Side in Manhattan.
