The development site 1 is proposed for a new mixed use residential and ground floor commercial development.

As the council member stated, we are doing this project as a homeownership project.

And the NIH component will also be affordable homeownership, which is somewhat unique because most projects and new NIH products are being built as rental projects.

So this presents as a unique opportunity to provide housing and 50 well, there's still community board preference for units for community board 1 to to have a homeownership opportunity.
