Max Zarin presents an overview of the proposed Marcus Garvey affordable housing development project. The project includes two buildings with a total of 155 affordable housing units, commercial and community facility space, and new open spaces.

As I said, my name is Max Caesar, and I am SVP of development with past development, and we're here today seeking an article 11 for the proposed Marcus Garvey, both of our departments.

As Arvin said, this project is comprised of a 155 units of affordable housing spread across two buildings that are proposed to be developed on existing lots owned by Pass.

They currently have small commercial properties.

These new buildings, in addition to the 155 units of affordable housing, set aside for households earning between 30 80% of that KMI, would also feature over 30,000 square feet of commercial and community facility space along with a network of 5 open spaces, both adjacent to the new properties and woven throughout the existing Betty Chivas and Medgar Evers properties.
