- Raised concerns about child safety, traffic management, and environmental impacts during and after construction
- Questioned the necessity of the building's height and its impact on the neighborhood
- Called for council members to facilitate better dialogue between the community and MSK

Hi.
2:49:37
My name is doctor Masa Jaffari, and I wanna thank everyone for the opportunity to speak.
2:49:43
I live on the upper east side and have been for the past 21 years, and I'm a member of the community.
2:49:49
And my son goes to PS 183 as a 4th grader and has been going for the past 5 years since kindergarten.
2:49:58
I would like to echo what everyone else who has been opposing this construction has been saying up to now And I have to say it's very disconcerting to hear from MSK team members suggesting that they've been involved with the community in detail, which is absolutely not true to date.
2:50:22
Be sailed to have received any concrete or comprehensive planning for lack of a better word of any kind from MSK.
2:50:34
There has been no mitigate and process, nothing that has been shared with us.
2:50:40
How are they going to keep our children safe?
2:50:43
How are they going to address the traffic?
2:50:47
What is the construction?
2:50:48
And afterwards, Why does it need to be this tall basically groundbreaking in the neighborhood?
2:50:56
How are they going to mitigate the air quality, the the noise pollution?
2:51:02
And as I believe it was Laura who addressed the fact that they are cherry picking on the data from CDC in proposing the need for this new construction because frankly, what they are doing is pretty with the asbestos that's going to be in the environment.
2:51:23
It's going to be contributing to unfortunately future cancers, and no one can address that at this moment.
2:51:32
We would like to ask the council members to please help us bridge a better dialogue or have some thoughts
