The presenter outlines the unit types and income distribution for the entire Marcus Garvey development project. The project aims to provide a range of affordable housing options.

  • Units range from studios to 3 bedrooms, with a focus on studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units
  • Income distribution follows HPD's ELLA term sheet guidelines
  • Approximately 15% of units set aside for formerly homeless households
  • Remaining units split between extremely low income, very low income, and low income households

And the income distributions for this building or these these 2 buildings, I should say, follow the guidelines of HPD's Ella term sheet with about 15% of the units set aside for formerly homeless households.

And the remainder split pretty equally between extremely low income and very low income households and low income households.
