And the importance of providing accessible information during emergency moments for our residents is so critical in language accessible ways.

Unfortunately, we do have a lot of work to do to make sure that there's also accountability.

We seen so many fires where landlords have kind of not done, not kept their end of the bargain.

This will help city agencies make sure they're very explicit with the rights for tenants and give resources to tenants around where they can access resources.
