I wanna thank you very much for your testimony from coming out today, and and I have a lot of rescues in my district.

And we work very closely with all of them, and they do an out standing job.

And honestly, the only way, and many of you have said it, to really combat the issue of the overpopulation, and strays, and feral cats, and people just dumping cats off, is to have them sprayed and neutered.

So you know what we need to work towards free space and nooner for all animals in this city, not just some.
3:07:07
If we have money to spend on things that don't do not benefit us in which a lot of money is wasted here in the city.
3:07:15
We can find the money for this, and we're gonna fight for that.
