So this is open.

I'm not sure which all of you wanna answer this.
0:37:39
How does the adoption process work?
0:37:42
Because some of the some of the people I've spoken to said it's in it's it's a cumbersome process, so I wanna see if there are ways that we can make it easier for people to adopt.

We have mobile adoption events in different communities, and you can also adopt inside any of the shelters.

0:38:12
In terms of process, there is an application to fill out just so that our adoption counselors can understand what you're looking for, and we invite people to come into the shelter and take a look and see the animals that we have.
0:38:26
You can use our app to identify animals, dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs.
0:38:33
To the extent that it's complicated where we have a lot of animals and a lot of people are interested, and there is a process where one has to be a little patient with us.
0:38:47
The goal is to get as many adopted as possible.
0:38:50
And if there are other specific ways that we can make it even more effective, we're always willing to listen and see if that's feasible.
