the other question is how do we end up with this model of, you know, the private sector basically having to do all of this work?
1:52:24
Is that something that you are working on extensively to think about that would cost more money to have you do some of the work that the private sector is doing.
1:52:32
Well, how do you look at that?
1:52:33
Does that come up in discussions?
1:52:35
Is there some policy change needed, etcetera?
1:52:38
What how do you answer that?

So we have been implementing the the local law, which is the animal population control fund, that sets aside city funding for low cost being neutered for people who meet eligibility requirements.
1:52:56
We'd be happy to talk to you about ways to expand the animal population control fund.
