I'm the founder of Brock's Human Rights Lecter, which is not active normally, but we were birder instrumental in fighting for a bronzeamba shelter in Bartle or Bay Plaza, as well as stopping the Parks proposed ban on feeding squirrels and birds.
7:10:22
And now I'm an active founder, a group run for over 7 years of friends upon Parkway, Grindelto's social justice groups that rescue a lot wildlife in the parks, as well as teach out children, respect nature, and care for the trees.
7:10:36
I'm here because I live in district 13, and out district has such a large political spectrum, but what unites our communities are love for animals.
7:10:46
So despite our differences, we tend to unite in district 13 and lock this, allow animal lovers, allow animal rescuers.
7:10:52
I'm here to speak for people like my neighbor who lost her house because she spent all her time feeding animals and rescuing them.
7:10:59
Another neighbor who lost her husband because he left her because he's because she spent more time rescuing animals.
7:11:04
And another neighbor, a couple who don't speak English are out there feeding cats, what and asking for help because homeowners are harassing them, and they don't speak English.
7:11:17
These are people who are not animal rescue, but these are people who are need.
7:11:22
So I'm saying this because this city can help these people by first a resolution to remove sales paths of pet food.
7:11:30
If I told you how much money I spent in Peufu, you would not believe it because I, myself, cannot believe it when I see the numbers.
7:11:35
This Peufu is not a luxury island.
7:11:37
It's a necessity.
7:11:39
Secondly, I'll ask you to mandate Spain new rate in leases because unfortunately, people are not good parents or owners.
7:11:47
And lastly, I'm here I'm here on behalf I spend my day off here for many hours with no food and night event jacket.
7:11:55
I'm here for a bronzer resin happy, the confined lonely elephant.
7:11:59
The Bronx has been notorious against various scandalous headlines.
7:12:02
But with the top of the list, what the Bronx Zoo is doing too happy, the confined elephant.
7:12:06
This is not conservation.
7:12:08
This is animal cruelty.
7:12:09
I'm gonna ask you not to give one penny of public money to the Bronx Zoo until they do the right thing because she has she's fifty years old.
7:12:16
Alright?
7:12:16
Over fifty.
7:12:17
She has buried a few years left in her lifespan.
7:12:20
Let her have her many days in the century and have actually a day of freedom.
7:12:24
So I'm asking you because I'm very upset with happening with the Bronx, so I was happy to have happy.
7:12:29
I do not want one penny of my money.
7:12:31
I work very hard for to go to that Bronx Zoo.
7:12:35
More than one I want the legislation to set happy free because what they're doing to happy and bring shame to the Bronx is very upsetting.
7:12:43
Thank you so much.
